Sarah Milosch

Sarah Milosch transplanted to Chicago in 2011 after graduating Cum Laude from Western Michigan University with a B.F.A. in Dance. In her first months in the city she danced on scholarship at Visceral Dance Center and pursued any project that would get her onstage. Finding her niche in aerial dance she has since spent every possible waking moment upside down. After spending several years with Aerial Dance Chicago Sarah decided to try something new. With the support of her talented colleagues Methos Aerial was born!

A dynamic and detailed performer/ choreographer Sarah specializes in lyra, sling and silks. She has twice attended the International Aerial Dance Festival to continue her aerial exploration. Sarah has performed aerial work at Harvest Chicago Contemporary Dance Festival, Rib Festival, Jeff Festival, Chicago Contemporary Circus Festival, Circus in Progress and numerous spectacle productions in collaboration with Redmoon Theater. She has also been a featured soloist in The Stars of Dance Chicago, Winter Pageant and New Years Revolution (Redmoon Theater) and was recently an aerialist on the hit show Empire. In addition to performing and choreographing she is a dedicated instructor of all things aerial for students of any age or level. In her spare time Sarah loves yoga, cooking and her cat Charles.
